This Privacy Policy is designed to help you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) understand how AlarmAI (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “AlarmAI”), operated by SilverAI, collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
AlarmAI is a smart alarm clock designed for heavy sleepers. To silence the alarm, users must complete custom “Wake-up Missions” such as solving math puzzles, performing exercises, or taking verification photos. When you use our mobile application and services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously.
We hope you take the time to read this carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Application and services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application (“App”) and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (we refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Collected Automatically
Certain information such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you access the AlarmAI app.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
If you use our App, we also collect the following information:
- Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and IP address.
- App Usage Data. We automatically record usage data, including: alarms you have set, wake-up missions completed, mission types and difficulty levels, alarm dismissal patterns, snooze frequency, and wake-up success rates.
- Purchase History. We automatically collect your purchase history and subscription information within the App to provide appropriate functionality and access.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, alarm reminders, or app updates. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.
1.2 Information You Provide to Us
When using AlarmAI, we collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information. When you register an account with us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and password.
- Alarm Preferences. We collect information about your alarm settings, including alarm times, wake-up mission preferences, sound preferences, and snooze configurations.
- Wake-up Mission Data. We collect data about your mission completions, including: math puzzle answers, exercise completion records, and mission difficulty preferences.
- Contact Information. When you contact our support team, we collect information you provide during the communication, including conversation history, issue details, and any other information you choose to provide.
1.3 Camera Data and Photo Verification
AlarmAI offers a photo verification wake-up mission that uses your device's camera. When you use this feature:
- Camera Access. The App requires access to your device's camera to perform photo verification missions (e.g., photographing your coffee maker or work outfit to prove you are out of bed).
- Image Processing. Photos taken during verification missions are processed to confirm task completion. These images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.
- Camera Data Storage. Photo verification images are stored temporarily on your device solely for the purpose of mission completion. We do not retain, store, or transmit these images to our servers.
1.4 Audio and Alarm Data
AlarmAI uses audio capabilities to deliver alarm sounds. We may collect information about:
- Alarm Sound Preferences. Your selected alarm tones and volume settings.
- Alarm History. Records of when alarms were triggered, dismissed, or snoozed to help improve your wake-up experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected through our App for the business purposes described below:
- To Provide and Personalize Services. We use your information to:
- Configure and deliver personalized alarm experiences
- Customize wake-up missions based on your preferences and difficulty level
- Track your wake-up success rates and suggest improvements
- Optimize alarm timing and mission difficulty for better results
- To Create, Log In, and Manage Accounts. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Apple account), we use the information you allow us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and login.
- To Send Marketing and Promotional Communications. We may use the information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing push notifications by turning them off in your device settings.
- To Send Product Updates. We may use your personal information to send you information about products, services, and new features and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
- To Fulfill and Manage Orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage orders, payments, subscription plans, and transactions made through the App.
- For Other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our App, products, services, marketing, and customer experience.
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases:
- Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.

- Google Analytics: Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports mobile app usage. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. - Firebase: We may use Firebase (owned by Google) for app performance analytics, crash reporting, and improving user experience.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 1 year after your account becomes inactive.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

You have the right to:

- Delete your personal information from our systems
- Export your data in a readable format

However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the internet is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the App.
If we learn that personal information from users under 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 13, please contact us at support@silverai.com.
9. Account Termination
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so directly in the App's Settings section or by contacting us at support@silverai.com.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us. However, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
10. Changes to This Policy
AlarmAI is committed to your privacy rights and interests. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a notification in the App.
Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email and/or in-app notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required.
