This Privacy Policy is designed to help you ("you," "your," or "User") understand how HomeBod ("we," "us," "our," or "HomeBod"), operated by SilverAI, collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
When you use our mobile application and services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this document, we describe our privacy practices. We strive to explain as clearly as possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.
We hope you take the time to read this carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Application and services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application ("App"), our website homebod.ai ("Website"), and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (we refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Collected Automatically
Certain information such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you access the HomeBod app.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
If you use our App, we also collect the following information:
- Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and IP address.
- App Usage Data. We automatically record usage data, including: workouts you have viewed and completed, exercise duration, frequency of app interactions, program completion progress, and training videos you have watched.
- Purchase History. We automatically collect your purchase history and subscription information within the App to provide appropriate functionality and access.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, workout reminders, or app updates. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.
1.2 Information You Provide to Us
When using HomeBod, we collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information. When you register an account with us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Health and Fitness Profile Information. To personalize your workout experience, we may collect information such as: gender, age, height, weight, fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, etc.), current fitness level, and any injuries or health limitations (if you choose to provide them).
- Workout Data. We collect and store information about the exercises you perform, including: exercise type, number of reps and sets, workout duration, and your training history.
- Contact Information. When you contact our support team, we collect information you provide during the communication, including conversation history, issue details, and any other information you choose to provide.
1.3 Camera Data and AI Body Scanning
HomeBod uses AI Body Scanning technology to assist you during your workouts. When you use this feature:
- Camera Access. The App requires access to your device's camera to perform real-time posture scanning and analysis.
- Image Processing. Images and video from your camera are processed by AI technology to:
- Detect and correct your workout posture
- Count exercise repetitions (rep counting)
- Log and track the exercises you perform
- Camera Data Storage. Image data from the AI Body Scanning feature is processed directly on your device and is not stored on our servers, unless you actively choose to save your workout videos. Only analytical data (such as rep counts, posture information) is synced with your account to track your progress.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected through our App for the business purposes described below:
- To Provide and Personalize Services. We use your information to:
- Create workout plans tailored to your goals and fitness level
- Provide posture feedback through AI Body Scanning
- Track and display your workout progress
- Recommend suitable exercises and programs
- To Create, Log In, and Manage Accounts. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Apple account), we use the information you allow us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and login.
- To Send Marketing and Promotional Communications. We may use the information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing push notifications by turning them off in your device settings.
- To Send Product Updates. We may use your personal information to send you information about products, services, and new features and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
- To Fulfill and Manage Orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage orders, payments, subscription plans, and transactions made through the App.
- For Other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our App, products, services, marketing, and customer experience.
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases:
- Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
- Legitimate Interests: We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
- Performance of a Contract: When we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services.
- Google Analytics: Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports website traffic and mobile app usage. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. This data is shared with other Google services. - Firebase: We may use Firebase (owned by Google) for app performance analytics, crash reporting, and improving user experience.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 1 year after your account becomes inactive.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information from our systems
- Export your data in a readable format

7. Security
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including:
- Data encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Encrypted password storage
- Strict access controls for user data
However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the internet is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the App.
If we learn that personal information from users under 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at support@homebod.ai.
9. Account Termination
If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so directly in the App's Settings section or by contacting us at support@homebod.ai.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us. However, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
10. Changes to This Policy
HomeBod is committed to your privacy rights and interests. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a notification in the App.
Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
11. Integration with Apple Health and Google Fit
With your permission, HomeBod may read from and write to Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android). This includes workouts, active energy, and related fitness data. We do not use data obtained from Apple Health or Google Fit for advertising or marketing purposes, nor do we sell this data to third parties. This data is used solely to enhance your fitness tracking experience within HomeBod.
You can enable or disable this integration at any time in the App settings or your device's Health settings.
12. Health and Fitness Data
We collect health and fitness information you provide (such as height, weight, age, fitness goals) and data generated through your use of the App (such as workout history, exercise performance, posture metrics). This data is classified as sensitive personal data. We process this data based on your explicit consent, which you provide when setting up your fitness profile.
We do NOT:
- Sell your health and fitness data
- Share it with advertisers
- Use it for purposes unrelated to providing our fitness services
- Use this technology to identify you individually or for facial recognition purposes
You may withdraw consent and request deletion of this data at any time by contacting support@homebod.ai or through the App settings.
13. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email and/or in-app notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required.
14. Biometric Data
Our AI Body Scanning feature may collect biometric information, including body geometry, posture patterns, and movement characteristics. This data is used solely for providing posture feedback and exercise tracking. We do not sell biometric data or use it for identification purposes.
