Terms of Use

1. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, SilverAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Ink for your personal, non-commercial use on an Apple device that you own or control.

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ink. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Calendar, Reminders & Photo Access

Ink's core features rely on access you explicitly grant:

• Calendars. With your permission, Ink reads events from Apple Calendar and, if you connect it, Google Calendar (read-only). This is used solely to display your schedule on your wallpapers and within the App.
• Reminders. With your permission, Ink reads and writes Apple Reminders so tasks can be shown alongside your calendar.
• Photos. Photos you select are processed on your device to compose Lock Screen wallpapers.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings or, for Google Calendar, your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access disables the related features.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Ink may offer optional paid features or subscriptions (“Ink Pro”). Prices are shown in the App before purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding your own photos and calendar data), is owned by SilverAI and protected by intellectual property laws. The wallpapers you create for personal use remain yours.

7. Third-Party Services

Ink integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Apple Calendar and Reminders. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Ink's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed schedules will always be complete or accurate. You remain responsible for verifying important dates and times in your source calendars.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of Ink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
