1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

Certain information such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you access the LockScreen Calendar app.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

If you use our App, we also collect the following information:

• Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and IP address.
• App Usage Data. We automatically record usage data, including: wallpapers you have created, calendar layouts and styles selected, frequency of app interactions, customization choices (colors, dim levels, week start preference), and feature usage patterns.
• Purchase History. We automatically collect your purchase history and subscription information within the App to provide appropriate functionality and access.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, upcoming event reminders, or app updates. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.

1.2 Information You Provide to Us

When using LockScreen Calendar, we collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information. If you choose to create an account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and password.
• Wallpaper Preferences. We collect information about your wallpaper and Lock Screen design choices, including selected layouts (calendar, agenda, to-do list), color themes, dim levels, week start day (Monday or Sunday), and “Today” marker styles (dot, ring, or square).
• Event and Reminder Data. When you create, edit, or remove events and reminders within the App, we process information such as event titles, dates and times, repeat schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), reminder offsets, and notes you choose to include.
• Contact Information. When you contact our support team, we collect information you provide during the communication, including conversation history, issue details, and any other information you choose to provide.

1.3 Calendar and Reminder Access

LockScreen Calendar integrates with your device's calendar and reminders so your schedule can be overlaid on your Lock Screen wallpaper. When you grant access:

• Calendar Access. The App requests permission to read events from Apple Calendar and, if you choose, Google Calendar. This access is used solely to display your upcoming events on your generated wallpapers and within the App.
• Reminders Access. The App requests permission to read and write to your device's Reminders so that tasks and to-dos can be displayed alongside your calendar.
• On-Device Processing. Calendar events, reminders, and task data are processed locally on your device to render your wallpapers. We do not collect, store, or transmit the contents of your calendar events or reminders to our servers.
• Revoking Access. You can revoke calendar or reminders access at any time through your device's system settings. Doing so will disable the related features in the App.

1.4 Photos and Media Access

LockScreen Calendar lets you use your own photos as wallpaper backgrounds. When you use this feature:

• Photo Library Access. The App requests permission to access photos you select from your device's photo library so you can use them as wallpaper backgrounds.
• Image Processing. Photos you choose are processed locally on your device to compose your Lock Screen wallpaper. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
• Photo Storage. The finished wallpaper is saved to your device's photo library at your direction so you can set it as your Lock Screen. We do not retain copies of your photos or generated wallpapers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected through our App for the business purposes described below:

• To Provide and Personalize Services. We use your information to:
  • Generate Lock Screen wallpapers that display your calendar, agenda, and tasks
  • Sync and display events from Apple Calendar and Google Calendar
  • Send reminders for upcoming events at the lead times you configure
  • Remember your style preferences (colors, dim levels, week start, today markers)
• To Create, Log In, and Manage Accounts. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Apple account), we use the information you allow us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation, login, and calendar sync.
• To Send Marketing and Promotional Communications. We may use the information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing push notifications by turning them off in your device settings.
• To Send Product Updates. We may use your personal information to send you information about products, services, and new features and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To Fulfill and Manage Orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage orders, payments, subscription plans, and transactions made through the App.
• For Other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our App, products, services, marketing, and customer experience.

3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases:

• Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
• Legitimate Interests: We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
• Performance of a Contract: When we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information when we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes.
• Vital Interests: We may disclose your information when necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, or illegal activities.

Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party service providers who perform services for us, such as payment processing, data storage, and analytics.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share the contents of your calendar events, reminders, or photos with advertisers or other third parties.

4. Third-Party Calendar Integrations

LockScreen Calendar can connect to third-party calendar providers at your direction:

• Google Calendar: If you choose to connect your Google account, we use Google's authorized APIs to read calendar events you have granted us access to. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide the App's features, comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
• Apple Calendar and Reminders: Apple Calendar and Reminders integration uses the system-level frameworks provided by iOS. Access is granted by you through iOS system permissions and is read locally on your device.
• Revoking Access: You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the App or via your Google Account permissions page. You can revoke Apple Calendar and Reminders access from your iOS Settings.

5. Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services.

• Google Analytics: Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports mobile app usage. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. • Firebase: We may use Firebase (owned by Google) for app performance analytics, crash reporting, and improving user experience.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 1 year after your account becomes inactive.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You have the right to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal information from our systems
• Export your data in a readable format

8. Security

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including:

• Data encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Encrypted password storage
• Strict access controls for user data
• On-device processing of calendar, reminder, and photo data wherever possible

However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the internet is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the App.

If we learn that personal information from users under 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 13, please contact us at support@silverai.com.

10. Account Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so directly in the App's Settings section or by contacting us at support@silverai.com.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us. However, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.

11. Changes to This Policy

LockScreen Calendar is committed to your privacy rights and interests. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a notification in the App.

Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email and/or in-app notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required.
